LYLA builds its menu around a combination of line caught fish & sustainable shellfish sourced from the Scottish Isles as well as working with the best UK farms to source organic meats and vegetables, we have established many relationships with foragers and growers abound.

The kitchen will serve you a multi course tasting menu with natural representations of our findings. The foundation of our menu is to bring you a taste of Scotland in our capital city.
